Enhanced forms, lease, and eSign experience

Azibo's platform offers RHAWA members a user-friendly forms library that is easily searchable and filterable, ensuring a seamless experience in finding and managing necessary documents. Each form includes descriptions to guide members to the correct document, and the ability to preview forms before downloading ensures accuracy. 

Integrated eSign services, a part of our partnership with RHAWA, allow members to sign leases a nominal fee of $9.99, with real-time notifications and status updates. All signed documents are automatically pre-filled with property information, securely stored, and easily accessible for viewing, printing, or downloading.

Financial and rent collection tools

Azibo simplifies rent collection by offering multiple payment options, including ACH bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, CashApp, Chime, installments and paper checks, helping ensure timely rent payments and improving cash flow for property owners. Azibo uniquely does not charge ACH transaction fees to renters or to landlords for online rent payments.

Additionally, Azibo provides industry-leading financial tools designed specifically for property owners. These tools include robust real-estate specific accounting features such as an out of the box chart of accounts for real estate, a full suite of financial reports including real estate specific reports such as Schedule ofCap Ex and Schedule E, and the ability to automate bookkeeping uses sophisticated rules.

Tenant screening

Azibo’s tenant screening service, available in all 50 states, is designed to provide property owners and managers with a comprehensive view of potential tenants. This service is free for property owners and managers, with applicants covering the cost, however, landlords have the option to cover part of the screening fee.

• Quickly select applicants and draft lease agreements

Document storage 

Azibo’s Document Storage feature enables property owners to securely and efficiently store and manage important documents. Users can upload and store receipts, insurance documents, and other essential paperwork in the Files area. Additionally,  e-signed lease packets created on Azibo are automatically integrated into the storage system. 

This centralized storage solution ensures easy access to all important documents, enhancing organizational efficiency and simplifying document management.

Maintenance and messaging

Azibo’s maintenance and messaging tools facilitate easy communication between property owners and tenants, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which improves overall tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.

Renter perks

Renter perks, offered through the Azibo platform, provide additional value to tenants. These perks can include discounts and special offers, enhancing the rental experience and promoting tenant satisfaction and retention.

Azibo Collaborate

Azibo Collaborate allows property owners and managers to work seamlessly with their team. Users can set roles and permissions for collaborators, limit access to specific properties, and easily add or remove team members. Roles currently include Assistant and Accountant, with partner, and customizable options launching soon. Each seat costs $99 per year, allowing property owners to manage their team efficiently and securely.
