Azibo is constantly improving and adding to its product. They make little but important changes, such as greatly reducing the time it takes to receive deposits. Easy to use and does everything a landlord needs.
Prior to Azibo we were collecting rent through Venmo or checks, we were doing it the hardest way possible and it wasn’t realistic if someone goes out after Best Buddies Living, and rents from an apartment building they are going to use an online platform like Azibo to pay rent, so this really legitimized the program for us.
I cannot rave about Azibo enough! Not only is it free, but it’s also incredibly versatile. You can automate rent collection (including late fees, security deposits, etc.) and run background checks, credit reports, and rental history reports all inside Azibo. It is by far the best management tool I’ve found to help manage my rentals.
How their Support team addresses issues with their platform or with my tenants is AMAZING! No inquiry has gone longer than 24 hours before there is a response or even a resolution to the issue. The support team has even gotten on the phone with my tenants to resolve user issues. And here is the kicker: some of my tenants speak Portuguese, English is their second language.
Azibo has made our lives easier because every property is in thesame spot, you can attach a renter to a property, have all of theirpayments set up, and distributed to the correct LLC. It’s really about the automation, routing and the selection process that really streamlines all of those different variables that has really made a big difference in our processes.
Azibo was easy to organize. At first it was a little intimidating; however, with a remaining question or two, I reached out to their customer support. A short time later, I received a detailed answer clarifying my issues. This made me feel comfortable for future questions. So far, so good!
It's just mental health. You can't really put a price on that. I was so burned out of real estate I was begging for a tool that would make life easier, and Azibo fit that mold.
Absolute essential for real estate investors/pros in 2023! What impressed me the most is Azibo’s absolute respect for precious time. The fact gathering phase and quote phase was the best I’ve seen in decades. I got an insurance product that I needed even though I couldn’t really articulate. Looking forward to doing more deals as I try to scale.
