Once your landlord signs up to collect rent on Azibo, they will send an email or text inviting you to create a free Azibo account. View step-by-step instructions for the renter sign-up process here

If your landlord hasn’t already signed up for Azibo, you can invite them by completing the form on this page.

Creating an Azibo account is free for renters. To make payments, renters can choose to use ACH bank transfers for free, or use a debit or credit credit for a 2.99% convenience fee.

Payments made through Azibo will typically be processed and deposited into your landlord’s account in 2-3 business days, which is a full 2 days faster than most other online rent collection platforms. 

As soon as you initiate a payment, the Azibo rent collection dashboard will update your payment status to “Processing.”
